We have an online election process for you to make your selection. You can login to VandalWeb, select the Employee tab, Payroll menu, and then click on the Spread Pay Employee Election option. You can also login to MyUI, select the hamburger icon in the top left corner and select "Employee" from the menu. This will take you to the Employee landing page where you can access the "Administrative Tasks" card and then select "Spread Pay Employee Elections Faculty" to make your election.</p> <p>If you wish to remain on the "spread pay" option for FY2025, you must complete the online election by May 11, 2024. UI policy allows you to choose between being paid for overtime in your regular paycheck or have your overtime hours banked for later use as time off.</p> <p>A window of 30 days has been opened for you in the UI portal, VandalWeb, for you to go to and make your election. You can click on the VandalWeb link above to make your election now or login into VandalWeb at a later date to make your election.
